What's next? How do I book?
After you've filled out the inquiry form on my website and have received the pricing guide, we'll schedule a call to "meet in person" and go over any questions you might have and make a plan for your wedding day.
Once a deposit is placed, I secure your date and we jump up and down in anticipation for your beautiful day.
Do you have location suggestions? What about travel?
Yes! I have a location guide filled with gorgeous locations of every vibe, all over Utah. It has pictures, tips, and location pins.
For all in-state (UT) sessions there will be a travel cost of $0.70 (the UT state travel reimbursement rate) per mile of travel from studio to the session location. Once locations have been decided, travel fees will be included in final payment.
Do you travel? Or Do destination weddings?
Yes! Absolutely. There is so much fun and adventure in traveling. It's such a special feeling to gather with your loved ones to celebrate your new chapter in a place that inspires or holds a special meaning. I’m based out of Utah, but I photograph weddings and elopements anywhere your love takes you.
I've traveled for weddings from California, to DC. Whether you’re planning a mountaintop ceremony, a beach elopement, or a city celebration, I’m there. I will include travel in my pricing, so you don’t have to worry about booking flights, hotels, or any logistics on my end. I handle all of that myself so the process stays easy and stress-free for you.
When will i receive my gallery?
For engagement sessions or bridals, you can expect your full gallery within 1–2 weeks. After the big day, I deliver a 10+ photo sneak peek gallery within 72 hours for you to enjoy while you wait for your full gallery!
I always aim to get your full wedding gallery to you as soon as possible without compromising on quality—these are the photos you'll have forever, and I want them to receive the care they deserve. I typically deliver your full wedding photo gallery within 6-8 weeks.
Time of year and current client load may impact delivery time.
Do you have a recommended videographer?
Yes! I have several videographers I've shot with and love. If I am the photographer for your wedding I recommend for video @filmsbymaxwell. We've shot many weddings together and his work is always stunning.

Do you offer a payment plan?
Yes! Payment is made in 2 installments, with the first installment being the deposit upon booking. As needed, I can offer 1 - 3 installments plans. We can discuss payment options in our call.
How do I download my gallery?
I deliver your gallery in a personalized link where you'll be able to view/download your full gallery, make favorites lists, etc. Your gallery will come with a download PIN which will allow you do download your photos in full quality.
I recommend downloading them in "High Resolution". I will hold onto your gallery for several months to a year, but sometimes links change due to updating my website, so I always suggest downloading your gallery to at least one or two secure locations where you'll have easy access to them as soon as possible.
Do you have a referral program?
Yes I offer a $100 discount to your wedding package to you and your friend if you refer a friend and they book
